Meet Mike.

Hi, I'm Mike Whitfield, a master certified trainer and certified fitness nutrition coach in Canton, GA. Long story short, I lost 115lbs and have kept it off for nearly 20 years (grace given the day after Father's Day, my birthday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas lol)

I believe that faith and fitness go together like pancakes and syrup. So, I put together a doable jumpstart called, "Scripture and Sets". You'll get a short devotion with scripture, followed by a simple workout. It's 3 workouts + 2 metabolic cardio sessions so you'll feel energized for the day.
