It all started in 2002…
In December of that year, I was over 300 pounds, wearing 46-inch pants and XXXL shirts. I was playing a football video game, eating chips galore and suddenly, I threw an interception. I was so upset, I threw down the controller and when I bent down to pick it up, I couldn’t see my feet.
That’s when I said, “Enough is enough”.
Since then, I’ve lost 115 pounds. More importantly, I have kept it off.
I found a way to escape Diet and Exercise Prison.
This propelled me into the fitness industry, helping thousands of others claim their best health ever through my various online programs and private coaching, all while helping them escape the prison they've been in for months and even years.
I've contributed to Men’s Health, Early to Rise, SparkPeople, and other fitness and health resources.
I'm also the author of Rise & Hustle.
I have spoken at numerous events including the Fitness Business Summit where over 1,000 trainers and coaches come from all over the world to learn strategies, innovation and inspiration to help their clients reclaim their health.
